The role of TakeTask in launching the “Home Quarantine Monitoring”​ application

TakeTask has created the “Home Quarantine Monitoring” application for the Ministry of Digital Affairs. Quick implementation of the system, as well as swiftly adapting to the current conditions is a response to social needs and above all, to the crisis situation which Poles find themselves in. Other countries are also interested in TakeTask’s solution.

It is also worth noting that after two weeks of operation, we already have over 200,000 users in the system, some of whom have already completed the quarantine, which clearly shows that our solution is very much needed during the current situation” says Sebastian Starzyński, founder of the company and CEO of TakeTask S.A.

What we do?

TakeTask is a Polish technology company creating software for companies and institutions, which is used, among others, to assign, perform and verify tasks on a large scale in many locations simultaneously. Tasks may be different, for example: checking the cleanliness of an object, verifying food temperature and the way products are displayed in the shop as well as reporting equipment faults. So far, the company has completed millions of tasks for many customers. Among its shareholders are individuals and funds such as EEC Magenta and Simpact.

The Ministry of Digital Affairs has chosen TakeTask mainly because the proposed solution is stable, ready for quick start-up and has the full range of expected functionalities. It allowed the implementation of the new application in just 48 hours. An additional advantage was the high attention paid to data security. The application runs on an scalable Microsoft Azure server infrastructure with highest security standards. Its owner is the Ministry of Digital Affairs.

The entire technical infrastructure was adapted to the needs of the Ministry of Digital Affairs and integrated with other systems in a very short time. TakeTask’s IT specialists supported by NASK experts handle the application on a constant basis in order to make it work smoothly.
