Business Development Manager


TakeTask is a mobile application used for assigning, performing and verifying tasks on a large scale in multiple locations simultaneously for any industry. This is what we do:

TakeTask is a technological start-up, a joint-stock company that has two rounds of financing by investment funds and several individual investors. We have clients in Europe, Africa and Asia.

Terms of reference

  • The scope of responsibilities includes the implementation of the company's sales activities aimed at establishing permanent cooperation with customers:
    • gaining new customers in Poland and Europe - crowdsourcing services in audits and marketing research and SaaS platform for managing tasks of employees in sales networks
    • upselling, cross-selling to acquired customers
    • development of long-term relationships with customers
    • preparation and presentation, negotiation and finalisation of contracts
    • planning and reporting of sales activities
    • continuous development of sales skills and techniques
    • continuous search and sharing of sales knowledge
    • deepening the knowledge of the company's offer as well as trends and novelties in the industries and markets where the company operat


  • Min. 3 years of experience in B2B sales to well-known brands, large and international companies, gained by an IT, consulting or business application provider, research or advertising agency
  • Experience confirmed by gaining new customers and achieving sales targets
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Ability to work independently under time pressure
  • Excellent organisation of working time
  • Ability to think analytically, analyze customer needs
  • Positive attitude towards the world, work and people
  • Free use of English at work
  • Knowledge of German or French and experience in international sales would be an advantage.
