Business and System Analyst in the IT Division

We offer our clients a product, not dedicated projects, so your challenge will be to support PMs in collecting clients' requirements and to unify and make them more coherent so that their implementation gives the most universal solutions. You will prepare descriptions of functional and non-functional requirements and document changes introduced in the application.

PM may ask you for support in analysing your client's needs or to participate in a meeting with a third party with whom we will prepare integration or other cooperation. It may also happen that you will need your support in tests or analysis of errors reported by the client.


Your tasks will include, among others:

  • Participation in projects implemented by our developers and Project Managers
  • Conducting analytical work with the client
  • Cooperation with external companies during the project implementation
  • Looking for new solutions in cooperation with a business client
  • Application quality assurance through development of assumptions for testing and acceptance tests and support for acceptance tests
  • Support for the organisation and conduct of tests
  • Keeping records of applications


  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst or in the area of IT application support
  • Practical experience in identifying and managing user requirements and developing system specifications
  • Professional experience in the broadly defined technology sector
  • Knowledge of SQL (writing queries, understanding database structures)
  • Highly developed skills in information collection, analysis and use a systemic approach to solving the tasks entrusted
  • Openness to change, seeking and creating new solutions
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, teamwork skills
  • Very good organisation of work
